Today’s market is competitive, and many people find that they do not make it through the initial selection process. It is all about the first impression. 

• A good application (CV and Cover letter) isn’t about using impressive words and having an attractive layout.
  
• A good application has to anticipate the needs of the recruiter.

1. Before the first session, I ask you to send me the documents you would like me to review along with information on the position you would like to apply to (if available).
   
2. Then we meet for a first session where I will offer constructive feedback on your work, and give you tips and tricks on how to help you market yourself effectively to employers.
3. Then you go back, review your documents and send them back to me again before our next session.
4. During our second session, we will review your final documents and do the last tweaks (if applicable).
5. Depending on the state of your documents, steps 3 and 4 as may need to be repeated. 

• sessions last for 1.5 hrs
• reviews can last between 30 min and 3 hours, depending on the state of your documents. If I need longer than 3 hours, I will let you know before I proceed.
